1.) Excellent and efficient buggy services which responded to my requests by simply just using the apps. 2.) Superb room service as we were almost freaked out on the lizard in our room, and the staff literally just took 2 secs to take it down. 3.) Pretty cute way to indicate for room status by just placing different turtles on the gate.

My wife and I had a truly unforgettable experience at this resort. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The service was exceptional, the atmosphere was peaceful and beautifully maintained, and every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. The food was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of options that impressed us every day. Whether we were relaxing by the pool, enjoying the views, or dining under the stars, everything was perfect. A big thank you to the entire team for making our stay so special. We can’t wait to come back! Five stars all the way!

Everything!! It’s an amazing place, perfect in every way. Truly paradise but still a short and cheap drive to Patong or any other activities you want to do. The Staff were such beautiful, upbeat, happy and accommodating people, the resort is picturesque, on the mountain with its beautiful gardens and infinity pool looking over the beach. The restaurants in the resort and along the strip in Katanoi were all fantastic. Our Villa Romance room was big, clean, comfortable, modern and private with incredible views of Katanoi beach, the mountains and the ocean as well as our own private infinity pool. We loved this place, we were meant to stay 5 night and travel elsewhere but ended up staying the whole time in Thailand here. Can’t wait to return to The Shore soon
