1.) Excellent and efficient buggy services which responded to my requests by simply just using the apps. 2.) Superb room service as we were almost freaked out on the lizard in our room, and the staff literally just took 2 secs to take it down. 3.) Pretty cute way to indicate for room status by just placing different turtles on the gate.

My wife and I had a truly unforgettable experience at this resort. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The service was exceptional, the atmosphere was peaceful and beautifully maintained, and every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. The food was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of options that impressed us every day. Whether we were relaxing by the pool, enjoying the views, or dining under the stars, everything was perfect. A big thank you to the entire team for making our stay so special. Staff was very friendly and helpful. the rooms and facilities were 1st class. Access to the beach easy. Food was outstanding no matter the style ie western with Thai twist or Traditional Thai. One of the most beautiful and quiet beaches in Phuket.

We stayed in room 8817, the view was breathtaking. It rained our entire 4 day stay and we still managed to have a wonderful time. The food was excellently prepared. Everything we ate was good. My only issue was that breakfast was the same thing everyday. The staff was attentive, the carts came in 5 minutes or less to pic you up and the drivers always remember your name. Overall it was such a relaxing experience. My husband and I fully enjoyed it. Location was good. Front desk staff is helpful and will easily get you a taxi upon request. Spa services was excellent.
